La Coqueta describes a woman who is fun, flirtatious and charming.

Be tempted by the tantalizing tastes of Mexico and Spain, indulge in signature cocktails prepared with passion, and rub shoulders with Fort Worth’s Foodie Elite at La Coqueta, a contemporary culinary experience curated by award-winning Chef Juan Rodriguez.





La Coqueta is the first permanent restaurant established by Chef Juan Rodriguez and his wife, Paige. The couple also owns Magdalena’s Catering and Events, established in 2014, and operates the Magdalena’s Supper Club, Event Venue, and Food Truck. Prior to creating Magdalena’s, Chef Rodriguez was Executive Chef at Reata for eight years.

He holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute. Chef Rodriguez has appeared on the Food Network’s Chopped, was recognized in “40 Under 40” List by Fort Worth Business Press and and has been featured in Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Magazine and more.
